  • So, its easy to see why high cortisol levels are the root cause of many symptoms Ive seen in my patients over 40.

    Foods that decrease cortisol are really going to be any healthy food. Diet is a powerful tool, and it is either causing disease, or preventing it. I know that sounds extreme, but its true. Even if it isnt going to cause disease tomorrow, the compound effect over years of a poor diet can certainly cause disease in the future.

    A diet that decreases cortisol will be rich in antioxidants, leafy greens, grass fed meat, fruits etc. Think healthy and whole foods, just like I teach in my programs.
